Features
- Automated feeding, processing and sorting. Automatic feeder is always installed so there is no time wasted attaching it and the stacker operates on a First-In-First-Out “FIFO” sorter process of up to around 100 keys at a time. There is no air compressor needed and it is still possible to manually cut keys without removing the feeder which is front facing for ease of access. The sorter is equipped with a sensor to detect when it is full and the stacker can be removed for ease of filling.
- Automated doubled sided engraving: The prismatic cutter and engraving cutters are made of hard metal for precise results and resistance to wear. Engraving time is dramatically reduced as there is no need to install a separate tool or to manually move the key for engraving; both sides of the key can be independently marked.

- Camera reader for fast optical decoding: there is no positioning required, simply drop the key in the pull-out compartment.
- Cleaner, safer and more comfortable working area: swarf is collected in the tray below the cutting area to leave the working area clean. The safety shield closes and opens automatically when starting or ending a cycle. The shield features two micro switches and stops automatically if obstructed to give additional protection and there is a 55% bigger working area compared to previous models for easier operation.
- Versatile four-sided clamp: The 4 sided versatile clamp allows the effective clamping of a wide variety of keys, both with head and tip stop, it is nickel plated for better resistance to rust and wear and the software even shows which clamp side and which stop you should use.
