AVDI MN037 - Cluster Calibration IC177

The MN037 license allows you the unprecedented ability to calibrate IC177 clusters in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This software license does not affect the EZS module and is much safer and easier to use. The EZS module is not even necessary when performing the procedure; all the work is done on the IC177 cluster.

Functionality:

• Adjust the mileage value in the IC177 dashboard.
• Block the synchronization of the mileage with the EZS module.

Supported vehicles:

Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipped with IC177 (2018-2023), such as:

• A-Class 2018+ (W177)
• B-Class 2019+ (W247)
• GLA 2019+ (H247)
• CLA 2019+ (C118)
• GLB 2020+ (X247)
• EQA 2021+ (H243)
• EQB 2021+ (X243)
• CLS 2019+ (W257)
• AMG GT 4 door 2019+ (X290)
• And other models equipped with the IC177.

The procedure requires working with the IC177 module's PCB on the bench, unsoldering a few capacitors and soldering the wires to the CB501 cable onto it. Wiring diagrams will be available in the software. You will need the ZN085 RH850/V850 Programmer and the ZN092 adapter to connect to the IC177 cluster.
