Silca OPTIKA Key Reading Machine

Optika can recognise the profiles of all the following key types: flat cylinder keys, bit keys, double bit keys, pump keys, dimple keys, laser type keys. It can read the cuts of flat cylinder keys, bit keys, double bit keys and pump keys, and can verify if the duplicated key is acceptable in comparison with the original one. Optika reads and checks if the differences between keys cuts are within a predefined tolerance, giving the Operator the possibility to evaluate the accuracy of the key copied.

• Unique, universal jaw support for all key types with an easy open/close system.
• Key profile reading: Optika can read the profile of flat cylinder keys, bit keys, double bit keys, pump keys, dimple keys. The Operator can select the key profile searching criteria from three predefined reading modes: fine, standard and extended.
• Key cuts reading: Optika can read the cuts of flat cylinder keys, bit, double bit and pump keys.
• Keys comparison: Optika can verify if the duplicated key is acceptable in comparison with the original one, giving a "good-no good" result (Optika reads and checks that the differences between cuts are within predefined tolerance parameters). The Operator can set up a desired tolerance for keys comparison.
• Hook position management: Optika can display the key blanks hook positions in your shop, making their finding faster. Hook position management via PC.
• Key profiles database: the Stand Alone device memory can store about up to 20.000 key profiles (there are about 10.000 flat and bit key profiles in Silca's catalogues).
• Key profiles archive personalisation: the Operator can personalize the device's profiles archive in a fast and easy way through the PC and store new key profiles in the database.
• Stand-by mode for power saving.
• Silca Remote Service: compatibility with Remote Service Program (through log file).
• Multilanguage software: the Operator can select the language between several available: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish.
