ERA / SARACEN / SURELOCK / LAIRD / FAB N FIX Replacement Lock Case/Gearbox.
Overview:
- One latch and one deadbolt.
- For use on composite, timber and uPVC doors.
- Split spindle.
- Specification:
- Backset - 35mm or 45mm
- Centres - 92mm
- Length of case - 220mm
- Spindle: 8mm.
Operation:
- This lock can be used as either a lever/lever operation or as a split spindle.
- Suitable for right and left-handed doors. The latch is easily reversed simply by unscrewing the two screws that hold the latch in place.
