ERA / SARACEN / SURELOCK / LAIRD / FAB N FIX Replacement Lock Case/Gearbox.

Overview:

• One latch and one hookbolt.
• For use on composite, timber and uPVC doors.
• Split spindle.

Specification:

• Backset - 35mm
• Centres - 92mm
• Length of case - 220mm
• Spindle: 8mm.

Operation:

• This lock can be used as either a lever/lever operation or as a split spindle.
• Suitable for right and left handed doors. The latch is easily reversed simply by unscrewing the two screws that hold the latch in place.
