Safeware Replacement UPVC Lock Gearbox - Hook And Latch - 35mm Backset

This is a genuine replacement hook bolt gearbox for Safeware multipoint door locks. This gearbox is available with a 35mm backset, features a latch and hook bolt, and is unsprung.

Specification:

• Case Height: 255mm
• Case Width: Backset + 16mm
• Centres: 92mm/62mm
• Backset: 35mm
• Spindle: Double 8mm

Operation:

• Lift Lever or Split Spindle.
• Suitable for right and left-handed doors. Undo the screw in the latch to remove it. Reverse and reinsert then replace the screw.

Note that this is almost identical in style to the Lockmaster case and often confused. Lockmaster case height is 228mm while Safeware is 255m.
